A transformative workshop on June 14th empowered TSA’s section and department
heads to discover their leadership identity. Guided by Ms Kritika Divahar, the session
explored the “Devotion at Work” framework, key leadership competencies, and reflective
practices. It fostered insight, collaboration and actionable strategies, leaving
participants inspired to lead with purpose and clarity.
